Dale Corp. and its affiliates are a privately held group of companies
providing construction services primarily in the Delaware Valley
geographic region.
 Dale
E. Lintner, Sr. founded Dale Construction Company in 1959 as a custom
builder and carpentry contractor doing residential housing around the
City of Philadelphia.
The business was built on the "old school" ethics of hard work, discipline,
honesty, integrity and a "whatever it takes" attitude toward a project.
During these years Dale's reputation was established one client at a time through
performance that exceeded the customer's needs and expectations. This attitude
toward our product was fortified by an equal emphasis on personal interaction
with our clients.
Each client relationship was cultivated and maintained through a constant and
professional "hands-on" approach. This is evident by the long lasting
customer relationships that still, to this day, provide work for our company
after 10, 20, 30 and sometimes 40 years of relationships.
Today, Dale Corp and its affiliates employ over 400 men and women. The company
is involved in residential, commercial, institutional, and low-income projects
in metropolitan Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, and in New Jersey
and Delaware. |
