PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Dale Corp. performed Construction Management Services from quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, constructability reviews, preconstruction, construction through project commissioning and close-out. Project scope included the transformation of a 5,000 square foot former office building into a sophisticated Medical Marijuana Dispensary, including new state of the art electrical, plumbing and HVAC infrastructure, back-up generator along with the installation of a state-of-the-art security system. Accessibility upgrades included the addition of a new entrance ramp and restrooms. An enclosed garage design with direct connection to the facility was a key feature to handle secure deliveries.
